Arkansas abortion-rights signatures ordered counted by Monday
The Arkansas secretary of stateâs office said Wednesday it has no estimate on when it will complete the required count for the proposed constitutional amendment on abortion, though the state Supreme Court ordered the office to finish counting the signatures by 9 a.m. Monday.
