Attorney says Board of Corrections lawsuit shouldn’t be dismissed

An attorney for the Arkansas Board of Corrections argued Monday that a lawsuit between the body and Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders should not be dismissed because the legal controversy at its core remains unresolved.
