BREAKING: AG announces suit challenging federal firearm sales regulation
Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced early Wednesday a lawsuit against the Biden administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives regarding a new rule that, according to the administration, would effectively close what is known as the gun show loophole.
