Dicamba outlook murky for farmers' 2025 plans

While U.S. Environmental Protection Agency action on Wednesday will allow U.S. farmers to use up their existing stocks of cotton and soybean dicamba products this year, farmers face a confusing future as they try to plan for the 2025 crop season.
