Arkansas lawmakers highlight international aid importance in $95.3 billion package signed by Biden

More than two months after Rep. French Hill traveled to Kyiv, Congress approved a $95.3 billion aid package with strong bipartisan showings in the Senate and House of Representatives. President Joe Biden celebrated lawmakers' work Tuesday evening, saying the funding shows the United States' stance in favor of "democracy and freedom, and against tyranny and oppression."
