Pulaski County JPs question sheriff about Netflix show

The Pulaski County Quorum Court asked Sheriff Eric Higgins on Wednesday why an inmate accused of rape was allowed to be in a Netflix series filmed at the jail despite the sheriff's contention that detainees facing sex crimes charges were excluded from participating.
