Sanders calls special session on taxes

Arkansas legislative leaders said Tuesday there is general agreement about the Republican-dominated Legislature cutting the state's top individual income tax rate from 4.4% to 3.9% and the state's top corporate income tax rate from 4.8% to 4.3%, retroactive to Jan. 1, 2024, in a special session next week called by Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders calls special session for next week to address tax relief
