Saracen Casino wants commission to expand online gambling, allow NIL game

Saracen Casino Resort in Pine Bluff wants the Arkansas Racing Commission to change its rules to expand online gambling -- beyond online poker and sports betting that are already allowed -- and allow the commission to approve a Name, Image and Likeness drawing game conducted through an electronic device or machine with the net proceeds equally divided between an NIL collective.
