New Makita Diamond Blades optimized for use with cordless tools

Makita is bringing new innovation to the accessory category with diamond blades optimized for use with battery-powered grinders and power cutters. The ultra-thin kerf design is engineered for more cuts per charge, and added features like notched segments deliver faster cutting for increased efficiency.

The new diamond blades are ideal for use with battery-powered grinders and power cutters including the 40V max XGT^® 4-1/2”/6” Angle Grinder that delivers the performance of a 15 AMP corded grinder. The new 14” Diamond Blades are a perfect match for the 80V max XGT^® Power Cutter, a true gas replacement with power equivalent to a 75.6cc gas-powered model.

The ultra-thin kerf reduces stress on the motor for up to 80% more cuts per charge. The thin-kerf design is available across blade diameters, from 4.5” to 14”.

The new 14” All-Cut Diamond Blade features Turbo M-Notch segments for more aggressive material removal and up to 20% faster cuts. It’s engineered for up to 60% longer blade life and ideal for cutting a full range of materials.

The new line includes an aggressive segmented turbo rim style that combines the speed benefits of both segmented and turbo rim blades. They’re engineered for faster cutting than standard segmented blades.
