No doubt there will be millions of adults around the world who have pledged to quit smoking as part of their New Year’s resolutions. Sadly, data tells us that many will be unsuccessful in this effort. However, there are better alternatives to continued smoking that do exist.

Quitting tobacco and nicotine products completely will always be the best choice any adult smoker can make. However, for the nine out of 10 in any given year who don’t, here are some of the observed positive short-term effects of switching to our smoke-free products compared to continued smoking.
