I believe it will be a mix. Some people appreciate being able to grab what they want and go, and are honest. Others rely on the interaction for affirmation of their purchases and also enjoy being around people. Figuring out who your target market is will become tricky as consumers are either told by AI what they want, or, the human side of us demands social interactions and decide for ourselves what we want to purchase. I believe it is still up in the air.
