As school is starting throughout the month, we want to wish all of the administrators, teachers, students and parents the best of luck. May the new school year kick-start fun educational adventures and inspire young minds to new heights!

Registration Underway: 2024-2025 Champions fore Charity

Charities and schools are always trying to get creative in raising funds while minimizing risks and incurring unnecessary costs yet maximizing successful and impactful results. With that in mind, the Valero Texas Open continues to provide an opportunity to assist with fundraising strategies.

Champions fore Charity is unique in that there are NO COSTS except time... and participating organizations receiveÂ 100%Â of funds generated and sometimes more with the incentives offered, like a 7% match provided by the Valero Texas Open and the ChampionsÂ foreÂ Charity program partners. Isn't it difficult to pass on 107% revenue with zero risk?

Funds are generated by soliciting donations from individuals and corporations with the flexibility to pay in advance or to be billed after the tournament. Donations are accepted from anywhere around the world and are tax deductible, thanks to the Valero Texas Open's non-profit 501(c)3 status. The six-month campaign will kick off October 9 and will conclude in April 2025 - providing ample time to fundraise as much or as little of the season as desired.

Registration to participate in the 2024-2025 fundraising campaign for charities and schools is underway. All types of philanthropies, as well as, school programs like athletic teams, dance & cheer, science programs, PTA, Project Graduation and much more... are all welcome to participate. We look forward to helping more charities raise funds!

There are many benefits for organizations to register and participate:

	Zero risk to join.

	Free registration.

	No merchant fees for donors nor participating charities.

	A custom donation link & dedicated fundraising page is provided on the Valero Texas Open website to promote and for donors to easily access. Custom-printed donation forms are also available at no cost, if desired.

	Through the “friendraiser” platform, individuals can build their own page and raise funds for a charity/school of choice with funds directly getting applied to the designated organization.

	100% of the funds raised through the fundraising campaign goes directly back to the participating organization.

	Ability to bundle your existing fundraising events with Champions fore Charity to minimize donor fatigue and maximize the 7% match opportunity.

	Billing, collections, and tax thank-you acknowledgements are provided features of the program.

	Donors have a chance to win prizes.

	Participating organizations can earn additional funds through a variety of incentives offered.

	By raising a minimum of $1,000+, participating organizations can earn an additional 7% match on what’s collected in the program.

FedExCup Playoffs Are Here

The 2024 FedExCup Playoffs are officially here and underway. It takes a season of performance to earn a spot in the FedExCupÂ Playoffs.

As we watch the top 70 players in the world compete over the next three weeks,Â help us cheer on our four past champions in the field competing, including 2024 champion Akshay Bhatia, along with two-time champion Corey Conners (2019, 2023), Adam Scott (2010) and Texas resident Jordan Spieth (2021).

The top golfers are on the edge of glory but only one will claim the PGA TOUR’s Ultimate Prize. Best of luck to all!
