AG says Nov. votes on casino amendment shouldn't be counted

The trial for the lawsuit over the Pope County casino license ballot initiative began Tuesday with the the Arkansas attorney general's office formally saying that it believed the state Supreme Court should invalidate "any votes cast" in November over the proposed amendment.
