LR judge hears arguments in gun show loophole suit

A federal judge in Arkansas heard arguments Friday by Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach and two Justice Department attorneys regarding a challenge to a Biden administration rules change to private gun sales set to go into effect on Monday.
