POLITICS: Casino amendment makes the Nov. ballot + more

The ballot committee that proposed a constitutional amendment that would revoke the Pope County casino license awarded by the Arkansas Racing Commission to Cherokee Nation Entertainment has qualified its proposal for the Nov. 5 general election ballot, Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston said Wednesday.
