POLITICS: Efforts renewed to remove casino amendment from ballot + more

The committee attempting to knock the casino repeal amendment off the November ballot renewed its arguments in a filing Monday, saying the campaign behind the ballot measure failed to follow the same law on canvassing that led to the recent rejection of the proposed abortion amendment.
