POLITICS: Judge declines to dismiss LEARNS Act lawsuit + more

A lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the state's new school voucher program that provides taxpayer funding for tuition and other private and home school costs survived its first legal challenge Monday when Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chip Welch rejected arguments from state lawyers that the case should be dismissed.
