POLITICS: State's top lawmakers list priorities for '25 legislative session + more

Corrections, education, mental health and water-related issues will be priorities during the Arkansas General Assembly's regular session starting in January, Arkansas House Speaker-designate Rep. Brian Evans, R-Cabot, said Thursday at the Association of Arkansas Counties' annual conference.
