Pulaski County sheriff defends Netflix filming decision

The Pulaski County sheriff on Wednesday maintained his right to invite a film crew into the jail and gave details about the Netflix show's production, even as the county judge insists he had no right to do so and the county attorney advised him to hire outside legal counsel.
