Texas-based investment group MNC Capital Partners on Wednesday upped its offer to purchase all of Vista Outdoor, the parent company of Lonoke-based Remington Ammunition, to $3.2 billion. However, Vista Outdoor has said it's accepted a $2 billion offer from the Prague-based Czechoslovak Group, or CSG, to buy out Vista Outdoor’s ammunition brands.
