Union chief says Profiri did 'crazy things' in Arizona

Joe Profiri, fired this week as Arkansas' secretary of corrections, "was good when he was in the lower ranks," said Carlos Garcia, executive director of the Arizona Correctional Peace Officers Association. But when Profiri was promoted, Garcia says, "he was doing crazy things and allowing crazy things to go on."
