VELCORIN®

ALTERNATIVE TO PASTEURIZATION & PERSISTENT PRESERVATIVES

VELCORIN® is the trade name for dimethyldicarbonate (DMDC). Used in the US since 1988, VELCORIN is very effective at low dosages against a broad range of yeast, bacteria and molds. Unlike other chemical preservatives, VELCORIN is non-persistent and does not affect beverage taste, aroma, or color. VELCORIN also helps eliminate contamination from other sources such as filling equipment and packaging.

FILTER SHEETS

Depth filter sheets are available in multiple grades suitable for microbial reduction and applications requiring fine, clarifying, and coarse filtration.

LENTICULAR MODULES

Lenticular filtration is a re-engineered version of sheet filtration that minimizes oxygen exposure and product loss, and allows for re-use of filter media.

CARTRIDGE FILTERS

Cartridges are typically used in-line for sterile filtration, but can also be suitable for total filtration of small batches.
