Julieta LaMalfa is an international CFO, SEC Qualified Financial Expert, and Company Board Director, Audit Chair, and Credit Risk Committee Member. She provides companies and boards with strategic and financial governance while advising on scaling growth, international expansion, regulatory compliance, products, and risk mitigation through her unique expertise honed across forensic accounting, due diligence, valuation, revenue/cost modeling, and data.

Wes Saber, with 25+ years in global leadership, is the Executive VP and CFO at HARIBO of America. In his decade-long role, he propelled double-digit growth and successfully relocated the company. Employing a holistic approach to international operations, Mr. Saber ensures HARIBO's global reach thrives in the U.S. His expertise in finance, business planning, supply chain management, and human resources positions HARIBO as a leading force in the gummi category. Before HARIBO, he held key roles in 25 countries, including Mars, Inc., Pizza Hut, and KPMG.
