Makita New Products for May

This month Makita launched a new line of premium diamond blades optimized for use with cordless tools and equipment. Also new this month: A portable power supply in a convenient new configuration, and a hard-hitting rotary hammer with on-board dust extraction.

The new Diamond Blade Range is optimized for use with battery-powered grinders and power cutters. The ultra-thin kerf reduces stress on the motor for up to 80% more cuts per charge.

With up to 1,200 watt hours of output, the 40V max ConnectX™ Power Supply gives pro landscapers portable power for all-day work. The new battery-only configuration is ideal for users running the ConnectX™ Lawn Mower and Portable Power Station.

The new 1” SDS PLUS AVT® Rotary Hammer offers concrete pros a total solution for efficient drilling and chipping. Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT®) significantly reduces vibration, while the built in HEPA dust extractor captures 99.97% of particulates .3 microns and larger.
