Why do you love working at See’s?

I get the opportunity to connect with such a diverse group of people. From shop associate teams to top-level management, we collaborate in building a successful brand by creating relationships, sharing company values, and enjoying the smiles that our chocolates bring.

What is your favorite memory at See’s?

My first Christmas with See's was eye opening and exciting to watch how impactful just one small piece of chocolate can be! The value of being able to elicit so many memories and emotions, as well as sales was wonderful!

Why do you love working at See’s?

I love working at See’s Candies because we serve the community with the best chocolate in the world. We have the sweetest, most genuine customers who always have a smile on their face.

What is your favorite memory at See’s?

My favorite memory at See’s Candies is watching a two-year-old child try chocolate for the first time. His face lit up with such joy and happiness that I will never forget his smile.

Raul has been with See’s for 44 years! Currently he’s a Foreperson in the Chocolate Coating Department at the South San Francisco location, but he has had the opportunity to experience many roles during his time at the company.

Why do you love working at See’s?

I have done many jobs at See’s, although I enjoy my current position the most because of the nice people — and I love working with chocolate!

What is your favorite memory at See’s?

I have so many that I cannot pick just one. I especially enjoyed working in the kitchens.

I love working for a company that is part of the history of so many customers, their families and their traditions. Anywhere I go, if I am wearing my See's shirt people will stop me to tell me their own personal stories about See’s Candies.

What is your favorite memory at See’s?

Shortly after our Grove shop location opened in the Grove, Channel 5 was doing a news segment highlighting Easter eggs and chocolate available at See’s, and I was chosen to participate. It was the first time I realized how true it was that I was “the face of See’s.” The pride I felt in that moment has carried over into everything I do here.
