Something adorable surfaced on the site this week: sleep writer Amelia Jerden’s weighted dino plush that she bought at Target. She prefers it to a weighted blanket. “At just about three pounds, the dino is just weighted enough to add a comforting pressure on my chest when I’m lying on my back with my arms wrapped around it,” she says. “It kind of feels like having a (very) little cat lay on your chest — minus the actual pet care.”

Wedding season is here, and if you’re looking for a unique (but still practical) gift, contributor and Alabama native Margaret Eby recommends giving personalized julep cups.
