One of my most favorite hobbies is creating shelf-stable Meal in a Jar Recipes! I'm so excited I get to share them with you! I create and test EVERY recipe right in my own kitchen and we eat these meals on a regular basis.
They are perfect when you're too tired to cook, or when you just don't have time! They're great for when you don't have all of the fresh ingredients you need, or when somebody that can't cook, needs to cook!
These save so much time! Just set aside 30 minutes one day, line up a dozen jars and fill them all at once. By investing that time, you'll be eliminating prep and cook time for 12 meals in the future!
